Abstract:

It is noted in the article that the innovative development of the country’s economy is predetermined by the activities of the economic entities of the region which, in its turn, is a complex dynamic probabilistic system characterized by an asymmetry of the informational flows. It has been shown in the article that the information-communication technologies function as an integrator of ways and methods for decreasing the informational risks in management of the region’s functioning by innovation-active specialists. The authors stress that the improvement of the ecologic-sustainable innovational development of the region under conditions of expanded reproduction of its activities is predetermined by use of cognitive technologies in the solutions development and implementation. The article is intended for a wide circle of researchers and specialists in the field of economy, including the ones working in the sphere of innovation processes management.
