Abstract:

The article reviews the main strategic concepts of human resource management (HRM) and their impact on the development of companies’ innovative activity. Nowadays, the growth of innovations is of key importance for a company to achieve constant competitive advantage. Despite certain differences between some HRM concepts, most of them are accented forms of employees’ participation in management. This article will be helpful to researchers interested in the issues of human resource management at innovative organizations.
