Abstract:

A comprehensive assessment that includes the system of competitive advantage indicators has been developed to formulate strategy of competitive advantages of mobile operators. For this purpose, these indicators were grouped into three main groups for convenience: the cost parameters (differentiation of tariff-setting; additional (VAS) services); quality and innovation indicators (quality of services; innovation and technology) and marketing performance (communications; operator image). The mobile operator was combined with its main competitors by each indicator of competitive advantages. The performed comprehensive assessment allowed to identify sustainable competitive advantages of mobile operator and identify priority areas for the formation of competitive advantage strategy. The constant use of the proposed comprehensive assessment will significantly improve the competitiveness of mobile operators.
