Abstract:

This paper discusses the organizational image, one of the most pressing problems in the practice of the Russian economy. The article examines outsourcing in the formation of organizational image, analyzes structural elements of the image, and sets forward a mechanism of interaction between the outsourcer and the costumer in the formation of organizational image in the context of its implementation stages. The article will be useful to students, teachers, and entrepreneurs interested in the formation of a positive image and using outsourcing services.
