Abstract:

The article discusses the current issues of the impact of globalization on the competitiveness of Russian education. The authors analyze the factors affecting the export of educational services in various countries. They demonstrate the strategic potential of Russia in the field of export of higher education. They analyze the reasons hindering the today’s expansion of the export of Russian educational services. They examine possible measures to strengthen Russia's position in the international market of educational services both on the part of the government and the university. This article will be useful to researches concerned with the export of educational services.
