Abstract:

This article discloses the concept of stakeholder concerns and the main principles of their management. A special attention is paid to the issue of concern of local communities and non-profit organizations with possible negative environmental effect of companies’ decisions or actions. The recommendations on the management of stakeholder concerns suggested by the author will be of interest to theoreticians and practitioners of management.
