Abstract:

In this research, wastes are considered as a resource for creation of the new consumer value. The article analyzes the opportunities of using the resource approach in the industrial and household waste management. Using the examples of successful foreign experience and the analysis of the current situation in Russia, the authors suggest mechanisms to increase the effectiveness of integration of the waste flows into the economic cycle. The research is intended for experts in macro-and micro-level management of environmental economic processes.
