Abstract:

The article analyses the specifics of outsourcing in medical institutions. It points out the opportunities and threats of using outsourcing in the Russian healthcare system as well as prospects for its further use to increase the effectiveness of management processes in healthcare institutions and the quality of medical services rendered to the Russian population. The article is intended for heads of healthcare institutions, economists, as well as for everybody who is interested in issues of the social sphere reorganization.
