Abstract:

The article discusses the actual state of the Crimean recreational complex. To create a profitable tourist zone, it is proposed to form a specific tourism cluster, train quality-service-oriented personnel, implement a set of infrastructure projects, and provide a business-friendly institutional environment within this cluster.
