Abstract:

The article substantiates the identification, classification and ranking of external and intrasystem factors of a stable economic framework of a territory as a basis for regional strategizing according to the degree of their influence. The author defined their system dependency and the methods for identifying growth-promoting and limiting factors. The article is intended for a wide range of scholars studying the issues of regional administration and strategic development of regional economy under the influence of changing external and internal determinants.
