Abstract:

In its strive for “great nanofuture” the government of Russia and numerous experts forget about the its source – idea generators and the results of their activity. The image of Neznaika which was chosen for the presentation in Shanghai as a symbol of innovative today of our country only highlights the blur of ideas of the ways to the Flower city of tomorrow. How the situation for realization of futuristic idea about innovative system of global level may be changed? What is needed for rising of the significance of intellectual result and its author in Russia?
