Abstract:

The article presents the results of development of a set of measures for small service enterprises with use of quality management instruments and methods that will enable to solve problems in the sphere of quality management. The results of the performed work may be of interest for researchers working in the field of quality management and, from the perspective of practice, can be useful to managers and top-managers of small service enterprises.
