Abstract:

The author researches interconnection between development of services’ sphere and globalization processes, international differentiation of labour. Role of services’ sphere in creation of modern high-paid work places for highly qualified personnel is being characterized. The main attention is paid to issues of efficiency and productivity of labour. The author held a comparative analysis of the most important braches of Russian services’ sphere – trade and banking sector – and the same branches in leading countries.
