Abstract:

The article discusses the basic methods of assessment and review of intellectual resources in the context of different approaches to determine their identity. Special models developed by foreign scientists are describedin addition to the two basic directions based on the theories of intellectual and human capital. The article describes various methods of classification based on the review of the main cited domestic and foreign works on the subject. The emphasis is on the method of integrated assessment, which allows evaluating the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of intellectual resources.
