Abstract:

The article reviews the main issues of using the cluster approach in the construction industry. The author defined the opportunities of increasing the competitiveness of small business as a member of the cluster. The conclusion was made about the prospects of regional economic development based on the formation and development of the industrial cluster for construction material enterprises. The information given in the article may be used in practice by representatives of small and medium business in the area of clustering as well as by governmental authorities.
