Abstract:

Implementation of creative ideas in the system of catering may be done in different areas, with respect to the needs of modern society. All ideas will solve the task of maximization of profit or reduction of costs. After systematization of main tasks which need creative approach in their solution the authors have outlined the main ways of creative solutions implementation in the system of catering. They consider issues of morality and ethics of these creative forms.
