Abstract:

«Culture» industry has vast resources and opportunities to use it for the benefit of society. Therefore, investing in culture can be seen primarily as an investment in knowledge, human development, the formation of civil society. By defining the purpose of financing and investment, we must learn to measure them, in order to to choose meaningful and achievable of all possible alternatives.
