Abstract:

The article characterizes the steps of the initial market analysis applicable within strategic benchmarking, describes the goals of import substitution programs, establishes a plan of actions by way of an optimal set of consecutive management operations of benchmark comparison, which will be used by the marketing services of Russian industrial companies.
