Abstract:

The work is dedicated to the analysis of the possibility of using the experience of inciting of commercial organizations in the public sector and public service. Based on the analysis of theoretical provisions and international experience, the authors formulate the conditions of using incentive agreements and recommendations for their introduction in the public sector and public service in Russia.
