Abstract:

The article considers the main trends in the development of renewable energy as a promising sector of the innovation economy. The authors made a brief analysis of a system of state support of this sector implemented in Russia in recent years in comparison with such support in other countries. They revealed the main barriers to the active development of renewable energy in Russia, and the ways of their elimination.
