Abstract:

.The article presents the findings of the study of international experience of creating tools of formation and development of the investment potential of an area. It determined the impact of tools improving the investment potential on its constituent elements. The author highlighted positive and negative impact of the tools on the investment component of an area. This study may be useful to students, postgraduate students and teachers of economic specialties.
