Abstract:

In order to survive on the modern market, aviation industry enterprises actively create corporate entities. The main purpose of such entities is to obtain a positive synergetic effect that depends on the cost of enterprises participating in the transaction. The article reviews evaluation of one component that is the part of reliability function for evaluation of the synergetic effect. The analysis results can be used in evaluation and investment activity and also by enterprises that plan transactions for creation of corporate entities.
