Abstract:

The article is dedicated to the institutions of formation of the motivational mechanism for labor employment management at macro- and microeconomic levels. The role of an institution as an important regulator of labor relations in the society has been analyzed. The structure of formal and informal institutions that regulate the interest of employees to labor activities at different economic system levels has been presented. This study will be of interest for the professionals in the field of labor relations at macro- and mezolevels, as well as for scientists working on the problems of institutional support of labor market development.
