Abstract:

The article systematizes and analyzes the main functions of the education institution in training of young specialists in the Republic of Crimea. The importance of the education institution functions in training of young professionals in this region has been studied. The authors have pointed out the existing contradictions between the education institution and the youth’s labor market. The definition of education institution is clarified. The proposals for improving the functions of the education institution in training young specialists in the Republic of Crimea are developed.
