Abstract:

Over the last years we have been observing a decrease of the labor productivity growth rates in Russia. The source of increasing such productivity may be the development of organizational communications. In particularly, the latter may be achieved through use of the modern software. It has been shown in the article that introduction of certain software programs change the communication practice in a company, improving management efficiency and labor productivity. This paper will be of interest for the researchers of knowledge management and contemporary state of communication in teams.
