Abstract:

The analysis of international experience testifies to the presence of various interaction forms between science and business community. However, their application in the Russian practice does not bring the expected result. It is necessary to extend the integration with account of the specific character of the national economy and a region’s social-economic development level. This includes the establishment of entrepreneurship universities aimed at increasing the regional innovation activities. This study may be useful to the representatives of the regional authorities, business leaders and the scientific community.
