Abstract:

At 11 May 2011 the Council of the Federation held a meeting devoted to perspectives of development of small and middle businesses in special economic zones (SEZ) and technological parks. The representatives of regional bodies of executive and legislative power, Ministry of Economic Development, Ministry of Regional Development of Russian Federation, heads of social communities of entrepreneurs took part in the discussion. After the meeting one of its participants - Director General of OJSC “SAPFIR”, Mr. Aleksandr Yuryevich Smetanov have kindly agreed to give an interview for our magazine.
