The article considers the results of introduction of informational technologies and gives their classification by levels: tactical and strategic. The authors have found out that existing works on this topic have studied the results of introduction on the basis of financial approach, concentrating on the results, which refer to tactical level, and practically haven’t paid attention to the results, which refer to strategic level, because of their low formalizability. Nevertheless the authors have offered to concentrate the further studies exactly on these results, taking into consideration that such results possess the higher potential for influence on the companies’ activity.
