Abstract:

The article analyzes the mechanism for implementing the strategy of the Information Society in the Russian Federation. There is a special role in this process the Ministry of Communications and Mass Communications. To be focused on the removal of the executive authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation, representatives of businesses, academic institutions and civil society from the processes of formation of information society in the region.
