Abstract:

One relevant issue that nowadays faces both individual researchers and research teams and communities is quick publishing and distribution of scientific research results among experts and the wider public. The article covers different approaches to solution of this issue that are based on the use of information and communication technologies. Public domain software and technological solutions are among them. As the solution, we suggest usage of open source code software systems that implement modern trends to create electronic scientific editions and “open archives” that enable resolving the complex task of quick publishing of scientific research results and their further distribution. The implementation of onepossible approach is shown on detailed examples, including using O AI-PMH protocol and automatic means.
