Abstract:

Authors shows the dynamic of publication activity by researchers of All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of breeding and seed vegetable crops compared with institutes working with similar problems in the selection and seed potatoes and vegetable structures area Russian Academy of Agriculture in Moscow area, Astrakhan area and Krasnodar region.Author shows results of using Science Index System for organizations in the publishing activity evaluation and analysis several themed journals of citation and impact-factor.
