Abstract:

In the modern scientific community plays an important role extent and quality of information maintenance and operation of the scientific. Occupational achievements of Russian pedagogy and modernization of Russian education dictate the need for a scientific and educational space that meets modern requirements and to aid thedevelopment and optimization of teaching science. However, innovation must be subject to the science and the traditional with the principle of continuity.
