Abstract:

The authors consider the features of structure of information as a product, which consists of two components: the "data" (semi-fixed components) and "logical links (conditional variable component). It is shown that the "data", showing the "materialized" knowledge transmitted from subject to subject, are the object to beprotected as intellectual property. The authors submitted the proposal to establish the conditions under which intellectual property is perceived by its creator analogically for the material possession of the same property.
