Abstract:

In the article the concept of ethics in relation to the field of scientific publications is considered, the main aspects of the ethics of scientific publications are analyzed. The authors propose the creation of the Russian Committee on ethics ofscientific publications in order to solve such problems as the increasing the number of qualitative publications in Russian scientific journals.
