Abstract:

The process of building or restructuring the site of thescientifi c journal must start with an analysis of not onlythe technical features, but also the requirements of formalorganizations. The article selection requirements for sitesof scientific journals, proposed by the Higher AttestationCommission and SCOPUS, provides guidelines for choosingthe site of the scientifi c journal format.
