Abstract:

The article describes the practice of peer review articles of graduate students and PhD degree applicants. The author analyzed the problem of responsibility of reviewers to improve the quality of the results set out dissertation research andhighlighted the features that reduce the rates of citation of articles graduate students, and, consequently, the impact factor of the periodic scientific journals specializing in the publication of dissertation research.
