Abstract:

The article provides a classification of public stimulation of innovative activity and discusses their advantages and disadvantages. The author highlighted effective measures of financial stimulation of innovation at every stage of the innovation process. The author reviewed a system to stimulate innovation in the Republic of Belarus and the established correlation between the direct and indirect financing. She gave recommendation for improving the used measures of financial and economic stimulation.
