Abstract:

There are the questions of creation of effective system of pre-remuneration and material incentives engineering-level occupations involved in the implementation of innovative projects: from the inception of a new idea or technical solutions to the creation of a pilot sample and its implementation into serial production. Recommendations on the use of forms and systems of remuneration of such staff offered an appropriate algorithm of calculation of the Fund of remuneration.
