Abstract:

Social parasitism on the results of intellectual activity of the workers ends when they or their employer can substantiate their claims and to receive their dividend on legal grounds, including the right of authorship, the right holder, access, adherence, revocation. It is a universal principle, including macroeconomics and international integration, the rights of those who have arguments and evidence.
