The implementation of the budgeting system in the enterprise – a complex and lengthy process, but the results are often far from the expected. The main reasons are the errors and omissions in the planning and development of this system. This article reveals the technique of using system analysis in the budgeting system development, which allows to significantly reduce the number of errors and possible defects, and, therefore, get the most accurate and efficient system.
