Abstract:

The article discusses the protection mechanisms applied by various states for non-performance of disputable requirements under the international investment contracts within the bounds of the law. The author has analyzed the connection between the peculiarities of different countries’ legislations and the protection methods applied. Certain moments to be noted by an investor willing to perform an international investment activity have been pointed out in the article.
