Abstract:

The article bases the matrix of reasonable trust in the relationships of subject of economical activity. The author gives characteristic of trust waves and begetting model of organizations of entrepreneur type. Manager assists in release of creativity and development of best abilities of employees when entrusting them during delegation or ordering execution of work.
