Abstract:

The article puts forward the method for identification of sectoral priorities of foreign investments on the regional level. This method has been piloted with use of the example of the Russian Federation’s Central Federal District. By its nature, the method is an analytical tool that helps identifying the investment attractiveness of the region’s economic sectors and also the tendencies of this attractiveness as for the same characteristics all over the country. The proposed method can be useful in developing of the strategies for attracting foreign investments in the region’s economic sectors.
