Abstract:

The article presents different points of view on the planning process which exist in domestic and foreign scientific literature. The author analyses the problems of competiveness of enterprises during realization of innovative strategies (innovative potential). The content of innovative process strategic management is unique and in every company express itself in own concrete form. The company may chose this or that type of strategy suitable for it, but the final decision about the strategy can be taken only after assessment and implementation of associativity of all factors of external environment which may influence at economical state of the company.
