Abstract:

The article presents the results of an analysis of the process of regulation of administrative work in an industrial plant, explores the methods and forms of its perfection, determined the sequence of development and adaptation of job descriptions to the actual conditions, analyzes their structure, composition and content in order to determine their compliance with the task of creating a normative model of self-employment of workers.
