Abstract:

The article is devoted to studying of system of motivation of the health personnel in modern conditions. The analysis allows to conclude that the problems of increasing employee motivation are systemic in nature and require an integrated approach to their solution. Based on identified patterns, the conclusion is made about the main direction of improvement of modern systems of motivation, including to improve the living standards of workers of medical institutions.
