Abstract:

The article describes the author's point of view on the problem of application of modern socio-economic discussions and research on the relationship between the state and entrepreneurship of the terms "governance" and "regulation". Shown their terminology and essential features. Substantiated the preferred use of the term "regulation" in relation to this issue.
