Abstract:

This article is devoted to the study of logic changes in the roles of the various components of intellectual capital of firms at different stages of its development. Proposed the model of intellectual capital, consistent with the objectives of forming the intellectual capital management strategy. Emphasis is placed on the contribution of intellectual capital in creating and maintaining the uniqueness of the company as the source of its profits. The recommendations on the strategic management of intellectual capital are given.
