Abstract:

During long decades dialectic materialism of K. Marks was the official ideology of CPSU. Thant why in the history of creation of Russian labor force the statements of labor theory of value play a specific role. Marks’s theory influences greatly on the processes of labor force quality formation in Russian even today, though labor force itself has already transformed into human capital. Now human capital is transforming into intellectual capital.
