Abstract:

The paper summaries the experience of cooperation within social partnership “enterprise – institute of higher education” on the example of the enterprises of Republic of Tatarstan. The author offers universal algorithm of social partnership mechanism formation, which may be implemented in towns of different regions of Russia.
